AccessRise Day Support Services
AccessRise provides person-centered day support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs create opportunities for people to build skills, make connections, participate in their communities, and pursue activities that reflect their interests and personal goals.
Each person’s experience is guided by their choices, assessed needs, Individual Support Plan, and desired outcomes. Our trained staff provide individualized support in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
