AccessStar Community Living Services Inc. is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to provide group homes and residential services for intellectually and/or developmentally disabled adults. They are called group homes because these homes provide congregate living arrangements to a small group of adults.
At AccessStar, we are committed to making sure that the individuals that we serve are motivated to accomplish their goals, enjoy life-long friendships, continue improvement, and are able to make choices that will enable them to realize their greatest potential in every area of their lives. Our behavioral and developmental services in Manassas, Virginia ensure they are given the opportunity to be independent and live a quality life.

AccessStar Community Living Services seeks to create a personalized living arrangement for individuals with developmental disabilities that supports and encourages freedom of choice and self-advocacy in order to provide quality support and services in a loving, safe, and enriched living environment.
Our aim is to be the first choice that comes to mind when the community needs a new home for their loved ones to spend their time recovering and/or enhancing their life skills needed to live independently.
